Amman, August 2010 – Jordan Dubai Capital (JD Capital) announced its continued support to Tkiyet Um Ali for the fourth consecutive year this Ramadan. Through its support, JD Capital will be providing over 140 families with food packages during the holy month.
 
"The holy month of Ramadan is an opportune time to support less fortunate families so that they are able to overcome the difficult economic and social circumstances faced in their daily lives,” said Mr. Ismail Tahboub, CEO of JD Capital. “We believe that it is our responsibility to actively partake in and advocate for the principals of social cohesion so that a positive change is witnessed at different levels in the Jordanian community.”
  
In turn, Tkiyet Um Ali’s Director General, Mr. Mahmoud Al Sharif, commended the continuous support extended by JD Capital to help the various initiatives being implemented by Tkiyet Um Ali. He also highlighted the important role that the private sector can play in socially responsible activities, indicating that partnerships like the one that has been established with JD Capital are the ideal mechanism to provide ongoing and sustainable support.
